Library & Computers

AUSI Library provides print and non-print information resources in support of AUSI’s academic programmes. The fast growing collection of information resources caters for the research and study needs for all students and may be accessed in various locations other than the library. The online catalogue which provides details of the entire library’s collection enables students to select and reserve books without having to come physically to the library.

The library is on campus and opens daily except on Sundays and public holidays. The AUSI library combines traditional service, instruction and electronic technologies to help students excel academically. The library is a member of Kenya Association of Library and Information Professionals (formerly known as Kenya Library Association) and the Kenya Librarians and Information Services Consortium. AUSI has 4 fully networked computer laboratories for use by students, with the most up-to-date computers. AUSI students can access the student web portal from any location with internet access and communicate with their lecturers and fellow students, enroll for their units and check their timetables.
