The AUSI Village provides a fully maintained and serviced set of accommodation for up to 35 students, male and female. The AUSI Village is within a fully secure compound with ample security with back up alarm services. There is an on-campus Matron who provides healthy balanced meals and a clean environment. All students are provided with a bed, mattress, lockable storage space and two sets of bedding. A twenty-four hour Ambulance service is on call for rescue and evacuation to medical facilities. Other facilities provided include daily room cleaning, a well maintained kitchen, dining and common areas as well maintained gardens for relaxation. AUSI Village also provides washing of personal clothes at no extra cost. AUSI also provides transportation to and from the AUSI Village and AUSI. The AUSI van commutes between AUSI and AUSI village 6 to 8 times per day to give students adequate transport for classes and personal study. On first arrival, a pick-up service is provided from the airport to AUSI Village. Students must provide details of flight numbers and dates to AUSI prior the departure.  AUSI Village residents must be medically covered at all times. A group medical cover (AAR) is available for all students to purchase through AUSI. The AAR medical insurance is for inpatient and outpatient treatment. This provides a cheap medical cover for students staying at the AUSI Village. Students may select their own insurance cover, however full details regarding the insurance must be disclosed to AUSI prior to occupancy at the AUSI Village. A strict code of conduct is in place and must be maintained by residents of AUSI Village at all time. A full set of policies and procedures regarding the AUSI village are available for students from the Student Services Officer or via this link. All students staying at AUSI village will be required to sign and accept an agreement regarding the policies and procedures of AUSI Village. Students found to be in breach of this agreement may be evicted from the AUSI Village and forfeit the deposit to AUSI.
