International Students application procedure

International students must submit the following documents to AUSI (or its agent) in order for the application to be considered complete:

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. Copies of Academic Transcripts – certified by a Lawyer, AUSI, or its agent
  3. Copy of passport or National ID – certified by a Lawyer, AUSI or its agent
  4. Seven (7) passport size photographs with students name written on the back
  5. Completed Student Accommodation Application Form
  6. Sponsorship Declaration Form – completed and signed by the student’s sponsor
  7. Medical Insurance Form: Completed and signed by the student.

 

East African application procedure

  1. Complete the application form.
  2. Attach certified copies of all academic qualifications, including school reports and official examination certificates, Passport/ID card. Please ensure your present name is added to copies of qualifications obtained under a former name. Copies can be certified by AUSI on sighting the originals or by a lawyer. Attach 2 passport size photographs.
  3. Submit your application and documents with the application fee to AUSI or to one of our representative offices.
  4. If your application is successful, you will be given a Letter of Offer explaining the course you have been offered, the fees payable and the orientation and course commencement dates.
  5. To accept the Letter of Offer and to confirm your enrolment, it is necessary to pay the tuition fee due. Payment can be made by banker’s cheque or by direct bank deposit. (Please include your full student name on every transmission. On receipt of the fees your place at AUSI will be confirmed.
  6. All direct payments into the bank account should be advised to the Accounts Section by providing the stamped copy of the bank advice slip to that office, and a receipt collected to enable the relevant student’s account be credited with the amount paid. This applies to payments made to any of our accounts above.
  7. All payments to be made by either cheques or bankers cheques to the Accounts Office. Regret, cash payments will not be accepted, and those wishing to do so may deposit the cash at any of the Standard Chartered Bank branches countrywide, by using the account details provided above. All such payments to be advised to the Accounts Office as per point no. 6 above.

 

Re-enrolment procedure

  1. All students must pay their respective tuition fee and complete enrolment by the end of the second week of classes.
  2. A Kshs. 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred Kenya Shillings) enrolment penalty will be charged for tuition fee payment and enrolments in week three.
  3. All Enrolments in week one must be placed on an AUSI payment plan. All payments in week four MUST be approved by the Business Manager and the enrolment approved by the Academic Manager.

 

AUSI Village payment procedure

  1. KShs 20,000 /- deposit has to be for AUSI village, this is a refundable deposit.
  2. AUSI village accommodation fee must be paid in full before the student checks in.
  3. There is no refund for AUSI village.
  4. A student must abide by the rules and regulations for AUSI village
